Weddings

  • Initial Complimentary Meeting: This meeting is meant to help determine if Exquisite Event coordinators are the right fit for your personality, your style and event. It will be a casual meeting designed to enable the consultant to get an understanding of what you are looking for and what your needs may be. This meeting will be as detailed as you want it to be. We will touch on your ideas, style, preferences, budget and many other topics regarding your event.  
  • Basic Day of Wedding Day Directing: This is perfect for the organized, detailed bridal couple who has the time and ability to take care of all of the wedding details themselves but feel that they need a coordinator to attend and direct the rehearsal, wedding and reception. The size of the wedding will determine how many coordinators/consultants will be needed for the "Day Of" direction. With this package you will provide us your vendor information and we will contact all vendors to coordinate the wedding timelines. We will prepare a timeline for the wedding party and vendors to make sure the rehearsal, wedding and reception run smoothly. Your coordinator will be present at the rehearsal for one hour. Coordinator will be available 2-3 hours prior to wedding start time, directing the wedding day ceremony and reception.
  • Full Coordination: With this package we provide personal service from start to finish with complete planning, organizing and directing of event. Some of the activities included in this package are budget distribution and tracking, vendor referral and coordination, etiquette advice, and coordinating and directing of the wedding rehearsal, the ceremony and the reception. In this package, we take charge of your event putting your ideas and wishes in the forefront. We eliminate all the pressure and stress of designing the perfectly exquisite event. We schedule and accompany you to appointments, assist with your attire selection, direct the rehearsal and orghestrate a beautifully exquisite ceremony and reception down to the last detail.
  • Rehearsal Dinners

  • After booking your rehearsal dinner location, our coordinator will discuss, plan and coordinate, with the vendor, the evening’s requirements. We will select a menu including appetizers, entrées and deserts, according to your budget requirements. Table adornment will be prepared prior to your arrival, if applicable. A personalized menu of the entrée choices will be provided to ensure a smooth and enjoyable evening for the entire wedding party. A coordinator will be present during the event.
  • Bridal / Baby Showers

    Planning and coordination of the event. After deciding the location, a traditional or themed event will be determined. Discuss and plan with the client the budget requirements, menu choices, and decorations (vendors will be decided upon, if applicable). A coordinator will not be present during the event.
